The work order and invoice: (Microsoft Windows XP)

• When your customer brings in their vehicle for service you create a work order which describes the item, the problem reported with the item and your diagnosis of what needs to be done. Once you finish and print the work order you file it away in your computer and attach the hard copy to the item being repaired.
• As work is performed, the labor and any parts used are recorded on the work order until it is finished.
• When the client returns to pick up their bike, you only need to bring up the work order on your computer and close it. An invoice for the repairs is printed and you have a permanent record.

• As you close each work order and create a invoice, QuickFix XP will track the sale and report a summary in your daily report. The daily report is a detailed report with sales tax, labor, parts itemized, along with your cash drawer broken down into the amount of checks, charge cards, charge to account etc.
• You can print a daily report and at the end of the day, reset the totals and move them into your monthly report
• At the end of the month you can print a report which shows each days totals and reset the month into your yearly totals.
• At the end of your physical year you can reset and print the itemization of each months totals.
• You can print an aging report of your accounts receivable and quickly see who has not paid you on time.
• You can batch print statements at the end of the month with just three clicks of your mouse.  Have a cup of coffee or take care of other business and when you return you will find all your statements ready to insert into window envelopes.
