Set up your checkout counter so you can feed items under the barcode reader or hand  scanner.

  As the barcode reader picks up the item it automatically appears on the simulated receipt shown on the computer screen.  

Scan the next item and it does the same.  Keep scanning items until all have been placed into the invoice then just close the invoice and record the type tender and go to the next customer standing in line.  Fast, easy and very, very quick!

 

Place the monitor where both the customer and clerk can watch the sale being completed and you will reduce time having to explain charges to the client.

While your receipt printer is printing the sales receipt for your client, XPress-Sell (tm) automatically adjusts your inventory count and records the income into your daily ledger. You are then ready for the next customer sale.  

If you really need a POS solution which completes sales rapidly.  If you  want to track your income, inventory stock levels, sales history and sales tax obligations, then this is just what you are looking for.   

Here is some more features which expand the operating power of this software.

  • If for any reason your barcode tag is not readable by the barcode scanner, you can just type in the part number manually or even pop open a window containing a list of your inventory, search for the item by description then click on the item shown on the list ,and insert the item into the invoice.

  • If a mistake is made during the checking out of items you can quickly refund the item back into inventory.

  • In the rare instance when you want to offer a special price to a repeat customer, you can manually insert the item the long way, as all the standard POS systems do.  

  • If you are selling multiples then you can either scan them independently or specify the quantity sold on one line item.  Your choice.

  • At the end of the day - (or whenever you want) - you can clear out the register and get a detailed report of your income and sales tax obligations, including a cash drawer reconciliation and bank deposit.  Similar reporting is available for end of month and year.
